Retired as Vice President(Strategy and Business Excellence) Post Retirement was Director of Rural Self Employment Training Institute at Belpahar for 15 months. Now a freelance Consultant and Trainer and Director of consulting and training firm “Sigma Consultancies and Training’.

Associated with IIPM Kansbahal as an Associate Faculty for Management Courses and conducted several training programs on Electronics & Instrumentation, TQM, Six Sigma.
