Ex-DGM (in-charge) of Rourkela Steel Plant. Graduate in Mechanical Engineering & Post graduate in Production Engineering from NIT, Rourkela. More than 38 years experience, that includes 19 years as executive in Water Management department in Steel Plant, 9 years in Industrial Hydraulics Applications & 10 years in Training/ Development/ HRD activities. Obtained training certificates for training in centrifugal pumps at factory of ‘Kirloskar Pumps’, Training on Industrial Hydraulics from REXROTH, India, training on Advance Management at UK, Training on various industrial management areas like: Decision making, leadership, Negotiation Skill, Resource Planning, etc.  Conducted various training programs on Lubrication Management, Bearings, Couplings, Gearboxes, Pumps and compressors.
